THE PROBLEM THAT LED US HERE:

Before we started this journey, we found ourselves in a situation that no longer aligned with who we wanted to become. I worked as a broker in the real estate industry and then in financial services, eventually becoming a franchisee. Jan had been working in education for twenty five years as a teacher and administrator. We felt overworked and undervalued, stressed and financially strained.

We were uninspired and our goals were going unmet... life was moving in a direction we hadn’t intentionally chosen. We knew we needed to make a change and felt frustrated, anxious and unfulfilled, deep down we knew there had to be more.

We tried various business ventures in financial services and direct sales but they fell short as we were unfulfilled and not aligned with the values. Through this journey, we have gained invaluable insight about personal growth, leadership and what truly matters. This is exactly why we relate so deeply to others who feel stuck and are ready for more.
